Award-winning video game music conductor and composer Eímear Noone is bringing us to magical worlds, post-apocalyptic wastelands, Godly labyrinths, and the home of your favourite Disney characters, presented through the gift of gaming.
This programme is delving into many of these epic landscapes with the awe-inspiring scores from some of the biggest games ever, featuring World of Warcraft, Super Mario, Kingdom of Hearts, Legend of Zelda, Resident Evil, Halo, Fortnite, Final Fantasy to mention but a few.
Eímear Noone has always been composing extensively for film and video games. As one of the world’s leading composers of games scores, Eímear is responsible for some of the most enduring soundscapes on World of Warcraft and other best-selling video games. Through her music on World of Warcraft, Eímear’s music has reached over a 100 million people and continually inspires players to invent and build new worlds for nearly fifteen years. Her composition portfolio of twenty-six film and video game titles have received multiple industry accolades including the Hollywood Music in Media Award for Best Video Game Score.

Alongside composing, Eímear conducts orchestras worldwide – notably in 2020, Eímear made history by becoming the first female conductor to perform at the 92nd Academy Awards ceremony.
As an advocate for creative women in technology and music, Eímear is also in demand as a speaker and radio host, regularly invited to conferences and is the presenter for Classic FM’s gaming music show, High Score.
Video Games in Concert is a programme for a full symphony orchestra featuring choir and soloists, however a smaller version of the programme is available upon request.
